We trace the journey of a burger through the human digestive system, down the loo and through the sewage treatment works. The course is littered with experiments such as Pass It On (person to person bacteria), Build a Bog, Test a Tissue, and Processing the Poo - a simulated waste works. Did you know that the water you drink in London has been through eight people already?
